About Us
Established in 2014, the El Paso Volleyball Club, known as the El Paso Sol Volleyball Club, was named to honor the legacy of the original El Paso-Juarez Sol, the city's first co-ed professional volleyball team founded in 1975. Our El Paso club volleyball continues this tradition by fostering a competitive and inclusive environment for athletes of all backgrounds, contributing to the vibrant community of El Paso volleyball clubs.

Our Philosophy
At our El Paso volleyball club, we believe that student-athletes cannot excel by merely being spectators. Our approach ensures that players are actively engaged, with practices focused on skill development. We assess and assign players to teams within the El Paso club volleyball framework where they can thrive, emphasizing the importance of participation and growth. Playing time is at the coach's discretion, often based on skill but also rewarding effort and support of teammates, which is a key value in our El Paso volleyball clubs.
TRAINING FACILITIES
Our practices and camps, organized by the El Paso volleyball club, are held at a volleyball-dedicated gym: Westside Community Church Gym, located at 201 E. Sunset Rd, El Paso, TX. This facility offers a focused environment where athletes in El Paso club volleyball can hone their skills and build camaraderie with teammates, making it one of the standout El Paso volleyball clubs for developing talent.

Our structured seasons at El Paso Club Volleyball allow athletes to maintain peak performance levels and prepare adequately for competitive play. 📈
HISTORY OF SUCCESS
Within four years of establishing our El Paso volleyball club's 18's team, 14 of our seniors received college offers to play volleyball, with half accepting full-ride scholarships. Our dedicated staff at this El Paso club volleyball program, comprising former players and parents of collegiate athletes, is committed to guiding each athlete through the recruitment process, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed at the next level, similar to the opportunities found in other El Paso volleyball clubs and programs like Sol Volleyball.

Our 9U, 10U & 11U teams at our El Paso volleyball club do not travel and participate in local tournaments within El Paso County only. All players are placed on a team based on skill level (as determined by our staff) and age. We understand that age doesn't always align with skill level, and we will consider the best interest of the player

We understand that age doesn't always align with skill level, and we will consider the best interest of the player, team, and the El Paso club volleyball community. Our primary goal is to develop each player's confidence first. Without confidence, skills development is difficult. Our tryouts for the El Paso volleyball clubs exceeded our expectations once again, and our selections have been made. We have very limited opportunities to add players. If you missed our tryouts or are still seeking an opportunity to play with Sol Volleyball, contact us to schedule a visit and meet our staff while there's still a chance.
